Strategy Details

Trading Conditions

Price breaks above 20-day high with volume confirmation
RSI above 50 indicating momentum strength
Volume exceeds 1.5x average for confirmation
ADX above 25 confirming trend strength

Entry Rules

Enter long position when price closes above the 20-day high with volume 1.5x above average. Place order at market open following confirmation candle.

Exit Rules

Initial stop-loss: 2 ATR below entry. Trailing stop: Move stop to breakeven when profit reaches 1.5R. Trail stop at 1.5 ATR below highest close.

Position Sizing

Risk 1% of account per trade. Position size calculated: (Account × Risk%) ÷ (Entry - Stop Loss)
